Signia App Not Syncing With Hearing Aids: Causes & Fixes
Work through these in order
- App backgrounded/battery-optimised by Android — Exempt the Signia app from battery optimisation (Settings → Apps → Battery → Unrestricted).
- Bluetooth permission revoked — Re-grant 'Nearby devices' (Android) / Bluetooth (iOS) permission.
- Outdated app version — Update from Play Store/App Store; version drift breaks sync.
- Aids paired to another phone nearby — Turn off Bluetooth on the other phone, reconnect on yours.
