Warranty Terms & Conditions

Devices carry a 3-year Signia India manufacturer warranty from the invoice date, covering manufacturing defects in processors, receivers, housings and charging function under normal use. Charging cases carry the term stated on their warranty card (typically 1–2 years).

Physical damage, moisture ingress beyond the IP rating's scope, loss or theft, consumables (domes, wax guards), unauthorized repairs, and battery capacity decline from normal ageing.

Remote diagnosis first (many issues resolve same-day); for hardware faults we arrange doorstep pickup, handle Signia service, and courier the repaired device back — typically 7–14 days. Loaner support is available for extended repairs.
