How to raise a complaint

Step 1: WhatsApp or call our support line (footer) — most issues resolve within 48 hours. Step 2: If unresolved, email our grievance desk with your order number; you will receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours and a resolution or written explanation within 15 days.

Consumer rights

Nothing in our policies limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. You may also approach the National Consumer Helpline (1800-11-4000) or the appropriate consumer forum.
