Shipping & Delivery Policy

Hearing aids are not couriered as sealed boxes. Delivery = a scheduled fitting visit: our audiologist brings your device, conducts/confirms the audiogram, programs the device and hands it over working. Standard scheduling: 24–72 hours in metro cities, 3–7 days elsewhere.

Accessories and consumables ship by courier, free of charge, typically arriving in 2–5 working days depending on location.
