Trial, Returns & Refund Policy

Every hearing aid purchase includes a 3-day trial from the date of fitting. If you are not satisfied, inform us within the window and return the complete kit (devices, case, accessories, packaging) in original condition. A full refund is processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of the returned kit passing inspection.

Before any payment, we offer a free in-person demonstration with the device programmed to your audiogram — most buyers make their decision here, which is why our post-purchase return rate is low.

Consumables (domes, wax guards, batteries) once opened; custom-moulded products after manufacturing has begun (cancellation is free before the manufacturing lock, which we confirm in writing); devices with physical damage or moisture ingress.

Booking advances are fully refundable any time before fitting. After a successful fitting, the advance adjusts against the final price.
