SigniaStylettoIX.com sells genuine Signia hearing aids and accessories with bundled clinical services (hearing test, fitting, follow-up) delivered through HearClear's authorized network. By ordering, you agree to these terms and confirm you are 18+ or ordering on behalf of the intended wearer with their consent.

All prices are in INR, GST-inclusive, and include listed clinical services. Payment is via Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, EMI) or booking-advance with balance after fitting. Obvious pricing errors on the site may be corrected before dispatch with full refund offered.

Hearing aids are medical devices. Final configuration is subject to your audiogram; if our audiologist determines a chosen model is clinically unsuitable, we will recommend an alternative or refund in full. Online screening results are indicative, not diagnostic.

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
