(1) Contact data you submit — name, phone, city — via enquiry, trial-booking, chat or checkout forms. (2) Order data — items, delivery address, payment status (card/UPI details are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store them). (3) Hearing-health data — online screening results you choose to save, and audiograms conducted during fittings. (4) Usage analytics via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel (aggregated, cookie-based).

To respond to your enquiry, schedule tests and fittings, process orders, provide warranty service, and — with your consent — send service reminders. Hearing-health data is treated as sensitive personal data: it is used solely for your clinical fitting and never sold or shared for advertising.

Data is shared only with: HearClear (our clinical service network, which performs your fitting), Razorpay (payment processing), courier partners (delivery), and analytics providers (aggregated usage only). We do not sell personal data to anyone.

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to us via the contact details in the footer. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days, subject to legal record-keeping requirements for invoices and warranty registrations.

We use cookies for cart persistence, analytics (GA4) and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel). You can block cookies in your browser; the shop remains usable, though cart persistence may be affected.
