Signia Hearing Aid Warranty in India: Coverage Explained
Standard coverage
Genuine Signia devices bought through authorized Indian channels carry a 3-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects: processors, receivers failing under normal use, charging faults, build issues. Charging cases typically carry their own 1–2 year term. The warranty is serial-number-linked — which is precisely why grey imports are unserviceable here.
What's excluded (and how we help anyway)
Physical damage, moisture ingress beyond rating, lost devices, consumables (domes, wax guards) and battery capacity decline from normal ageing. Exclusions are industry-standard; our mitigation is prevention — every fitting includes the care walkthrough and drying kit that avoids most excluded failures. For out-of-warranty repairs we quote transparently before any work.
Claims, door-to-door
